Who is behind it
Anantham Projects develops premium land rather than built inventory — plotted estates positioned as long-hold family assets instead of quick resale stock. The name is their thesis: Anantham means infinite, and the pitch is generational rather than transactional.
Their stated process runs from acquisition through to delivery under legal audit at each step, with masterplans built around preserving the existing landscape instead of clearing it. Sector 88 is their Sonipat entry, and their own site currently lists it as coming soon.
