Who We Are
BirdView Housing Projects LLP is a real estate consultancy based in Gurugram, advising buyers and investors across Gurugram, Sonipat and Delhi NCR. The firm was incorporated in April 2023 and is registered with the Registrar of Companies, Haryana, under LLPIN ACA-8216.
We advise across residential, commercial and agricultural land, and work as trusted partners with developers including DLF, M3M, Godrej Properties, Signature Global, Smart World and Emaar — which means our clients reach those projects through a direct route rather than a resale chain.
The practice is led by Founder & Director Mr. Devender Singh, alongside Designated Partner Narender Singh, from our office in Sector 109, Gurugram.

Leadership
Mr. Devender Singh has worked in real estate since 1994, bringing more than 30 years of experience to his role as Founder & Director of BirdView Housing. His approach is built around honest guidance, strong market understanding, and long-term relationships.
Under his leadership, BirdView Housing focuses on identifying the right opportunities across Gurugram, Sonipat, and Delhi NCR while keeping every client's goals at the centre. His commitment to trust, professionalism, and lasting value continues to shape the way BirdView Housing serves its clients.

Designated Partner
Narender Singh is a Designated Partner of Birdview Housing Projects LLP, named on the firm's incorporation filing with the Registrar of Companies, Haryana in April 2023. Alongside Founder & Director Devender Singh, he shares responsibility for the practice's advisory work and its day-to-day operations.
His work spans residential, commercial and agricultural land advisory across Gurugram, Sonipat and Delhi NCR, alongside the partnership and compliance matters he manages for the firm from its Sector 109 office in Gurugram.
