What we collect, and what happens to it.

This notice describes how information you type into this website is handled. It covers this site only. It does not cover what happens once you are talking to us on WhatsApp, by phone or in the office — those are ordinary conversations with Birdview Housing Projects LLP.

Two places on this site have a form. Between them they ask for:

• Your name
• Your phone number (appointment form only)
• Your email address, if you choose to give one
• What you are looking for
• Your message or notes, if you write any
• A preferred date and time, when you are requesting an appointment

Only your name, phone number and what you are looking for are required. The rest is optional, and the forms work without it.

This website does not send what you type to any server, and does not store it. There is no account to create, no database behind the site, and no enquiry inbox built into it. While you are filling a form in, what you have typed exists only in your own browser.

If you close the tab before choosing to continue, it is gone. Nothing is kept, and there is nothing for us to look up later.

When you press the button, the site writes your details into a WhatsApp message and opens WhatsApp with that message ready. Nothing has been sent at that point — you send it, and you can edit or discard it first.

Once you send it, it is a normal WhatsApp message to Birdview Housing, delivered through WhatsApp (owned by Meta) under their terms, and it stays in your own chat history as well as ours. Because the details are carried in a WhatsApp link, that link — including what you typed — may also appear in your browser history on the device you used.

We then use what you sent to reply to you and to help with the property enquiry you raised.

If you download the appointment slip PDF, it is generated by your own browser and saved to your device. It is not uploaded anywhere. Its reference code is randomly generated and is not derived from your phone number or any other detail about you.

Google Maps. Our office locations are shown using an embedded Google map. Loading that map is a request to Google, so Google receives your IP address and standard browser information, as with any embedded map. It receives nothing you typed into a form.

WhatsApp. As described above, only when you choose to send a message.

Links to Instagram and LinkedIn are ordinary links. Nothing is shared with those services unless you click through to them.

• No cookies are set, and nothing is written to your browser's storage
• No analytics or tracking — no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording
• Fonts are served from this site, not from Google
• Your details are not sold, rented or shared for advertising

Because the website keeps nothing, there is no website record for us to show you or delete. What exists is the WhatsApp conversation between us, and any notes we made while helping you. You can ask us what we hold from those, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just message or email us and say so. You can also delete your side of the WhatsApp conversation yourself at any time.

If we add anything to the site that changes how information is handled — a contact form that emails us, analytics, or anything that stores enquiries — we will update this page to say so.
